CrossRidge One Office Building

Indian Land, SC

About the Project

Edifice was selected to provide construction management services for the shell of a new corporate class-A office building totaling 121,000 square-feet.  The project includes foundation support, a surface parking lot, synthetic stone masonry, segmented retaining wall and special hardscape / pond enhancements. Located on more than 190 acres just minutes from Charlotte, the CrossRidge campus is anchored by the Upper Palmetto YMCA. The master plan features a live/work/play environment with a Class-A business park, residential, retail, walking trails, and more.
