EDIFICE and ADW Architects provided design-build services for Iredell County’s new public safety complex. Services included planning, design, coordination, and construction of the 37,000-square-foot complex housing the county’s 911 Call Center, administration space for emergency medical services (EMS), the fire marshal’s office, and ECOM services all under one roof.
The complex sits on a 16-acre site. A 180-foot communications tower was added on the site near the end of the project.
