Edifice was chosen to construct the last building to complete the buildout of Metrolina Park, a Class A distribution park, bringing the park to nearly 2 million total square feet. Building 6 is a 641,550 square-foot, cross-dock facility and speculative warehouse featuring 36-foot ceilings and 180- to 185-foot truck courts. Edifice also constructed the previous five buildings in the park.
