Edifice has completed more than twenty-five separate storage facilities for more than 1.8 million-square feet. The projects range from new free standing structures on greenfield sites to complete renovations of an existing facility.

Pee Dee Spec Building (Johnson Controls)

This large industrial warehouse includes a total of 315,000-square foot and was constructed using tilt-up concrete panels with a 6” floor slab and multiple dock doors with levelers. The facility utilizes fluorescent hi-bay lighting.

This projects consists of a 19,500-square foot, three-story corporate headquarters and retail banking center. The corporate headquarters includes Class ‘A’ administrative and corporate office space and conference rooms.  The retail banking area includes drive-up teller.
