During the month of November, work at the UNC Charlotte University Recreation Center project continues to progress with the concrete trade contractor continuing their installation of concrete foundations and retaining walls at the first floor level of the building. They have also started working their way up the hill to complete a portion of the 2nd floor foundations and retaining walls. Under-slab utility work at the first floor is scheduled to begin mid-December. Site work trade contractor is continuing with the installation of underground site storm and sanitary sewer systems.

Cardinal Innovations | Executive Offices, NASCAR Plaza

Cardinal Innovations Healthcare awarded Edifice the 75,000 sf interior upfit of their new headquarters space that was relocated to the NASCAR Tower. Phase I of the project included rebranding of the 14th, 15th and 16th floors (the former space of Chiquita Brands). Phase II involved new office configurations, conference rooms and teaming areas throughout the three floors.

Edifice Leaps 15 Spots on the Grant Thornton North Carolina 100

EDIFICE, Inc. has once again been named to the 2017 Grant Thornton North Carolina 100® (NC100), which ranks the state’s largest private companies by revenue. Benefiting from a strong construction market, EDIFICE leaped 15 spots from last year.

The Charlotte Observer Names Edifice a Winner of the Charlotte Metro Area 2017 Top Workplaces Award

EDIFICE has been awarded a 2017 Top Workplaces honor by The Charlotte Observer. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement.

Westminster Presbyterian Church

Edifice provided construction management services for the interior renovations to the existing sanctuary along with some exterior improvements totaling 25,000 square feet. Age, water damage, and being functionally obsolete required a redesign and restoration of the sanctuary.

Edifice Recertified as Accredited Quality Contractor

EDIFICE announced today that its status as an Accredited Quality Contractor (AQC) has been renewed by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC).

Bradley Law | Hearst Tower

Edifice recently completed construction services for the Bradley Law as they relocated their Charlotte office from the Bank of America Corporate Center to the Hearst Tower.

EDIFICE Raises $32,638 in the Fight Against Cancer

Charlotte, NC – This past weekend marked the third year Edifice joined the fight against cancer and participated in the annual 24 Hours of Booty held in the beautiful Myers Park neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina.
