Edifice wins Two Awards from ABC of the Carolinas Excellence in Construction

Annually, the Associated Builders and Contractors of the Carolinas invite construction companies to participate in the Excellence in Construction Awards Program.  This year, Edifice won two awards.

Retirement Community Embarks on Major Expansion

Matthews, N.C. – Plantation Estates and parent company ACTS Retirement-Life Communities broke ground on a major expansion that will more than double its current size. The existing 575,000-square feet continuing care retirement community (CCRC) sits on 57 acres. The facility currently has 360 individual living units plus assisted-living and skilled-nursing facilities.
